Topic:    Indoor Air Quality Assessments and Their Related Legal Issues – This presentation will address legal issues that can arise in the context of indoor air quality studies, how to incorporate them into program design, prepare and report results.

Topic:    Legal Aspects in Litigation Involving Industrial Hygienists or Industrial Hygiene Work – This presentation will explore legal and litigation issues involving our profession, how that affects the practicing professional, and considerations that could arise when in the role of an expert witness.
