Older workers are at increased risk of dying on the job. For workers 65 and older, the risk of dying while working is almost three times higher than that of younger workers. To prevent health and safety issues among older workers, there are precautions that employers can take to protect workers, and ways for workers to protect themselves.
This workshop will cover issues that are common for older workers and will discuss strategies to help older – and younger –
workers stay safe and healthy at work.
